摘 要:本研究建立了能同时测定水中酰胺类除草剂和磺酰脲类除草剂残留量的分析方法。样品分别用正己烷、乙腈对不同类型的残留农药进行提取,然后分别以气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC–ECD)和高效液相色谱-紫外检测器(HPLC–UV)进行定性和定量。各种农药在0.05~1.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9979~0.9999;在0.02~0.5 mg/L添加浓度范围内,平均回收率在76.0%~113.2%之间,相对标准偏差为2.68%~9.12%;最低检出限为0.2~2.0μg/L。实验结果表明本方法简便、快速,定量准确,灵敏度和精密度好,可实现环境水样中痕量酰胺类和磺酰脲类除草剂残留分析的要求。The samples were extracted with n-hexane and acetonitrile,detected by high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography separately.The linear ranges of seven acetanilide and sulfonylurea herbicides were 0.05-1.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients were 0.997 9-0.999 9.The average recoveries of seven herbicides in spiked water sample ranged from 76.0% to 113.2%,and the relative standard deviations were between 2.68% and 9.12%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate for the simultaneous determination for acetanilide and sulfonylurea herbicide residues in environmental water.
