摘  要:研究胶凝含蜡原油的蠕变模型对管道的安全再启动具有重要意义。现有的蠕变模型不能描述胶凝含蜡原油不同阶段的蠕变,故在描述胶凝原油不同阶段的蠕变时,流变方程不得不分段使用,这为工程应用带来很大的不便。今引入损伤变量及硬化变量,建立了由具有非线性软化的虎克体和具有非线性硬化的牛顿体串联而成的胶凝含蜡原油非线性蠕变方程,该模型可以统一地描述胶凝含蜡原油蠕变的3个阶段,无需进行分段处理,简洁实用。利用该模型对三种不同原油的蠕变曲线进行拟合,蠕变曲线与理论曲线的拟合度均较高,说明该模型的适应性较好,可在工程上推广应用。Since the creep property of the gelled waxy crude oil affects directly the restart of the pipeline after shutdown,the creep model of the gelled waxy crude oil plays a very important role in the safety of the pipeline restart.The existing creep model can not describe the whole three creeping stages of the gelled waxy crude oil(the declining stage,the stable stage and the accelerating stage),so different rheological models must be used to describe the different creeping stages,which brings great inconvenience to the engineering application.In this paper,the intenerating and hardening variables were introduced to establish a nonlinear creep model which forms a creeping equation combining the nonlinear intenerating Hookean body and nonlinear hardening Newtonian fluid body.The proposed nonlinear creep model can describe the whole three creeping stages of the gelled waxy crude oil with a single expression,which is more simple and practical than other models.Moreover,the proposed model was used to correlate the experimental creeping data of three different kinds of waxy crude oils,and the results show that the fitting curves consist well with the experimental creeping curves.It indicates that the model proposed has good adaptability and can be widely popularized and applied in engineering.
