摘　　要：建立检验检疫机构监管企业信用管理体系，是与国际惯例接轨、加强进出口产品质量安全监管、提高中国企业和产品国际形象与市场竞争力的必经之路，通过对Webwork、Spring、i—BATIS框架进行简要介绍的基础上。探讨系统的设计思路及功能模块设计，完成企业信用管理体系系统的构建应用。To establish the corporate credit management system supervised by Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is the only way to integrate with the international practices, strengthen the quality and security supervision of import and export products, and improve the international image and market competitiveness of China＇s enterprises and products. Based on the brief introduction to frameworks of Webwork, Spring and iBATIS, as well as the discussion of design ideas and module design, accomplishes the corporate credit management system.
