低碳经济的概念演变及现状与趋势的研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着气候、能源、污染问题的凸显,专家学者们开出了低碳经济这剂良药。然而当越来越多的人开始践行低碳生活时,人们开始反思究竟何为低碳经济,低碳经济的发展演变是什么,是否存在经济学原理作为支撑,我国的低碳经济发展趋势又将如何?本文对国内所有有关低碳经济的文献进行梳理,试图勾勒出低碳经济发展演变及其趋势的清晰脉络,为日后进一步地研究提供系统的参考依据。In recent years,as the climate,energy and pollution problem highlight,scholars deal with these problems with a good medicine-low carbon economy.However,when more and more people experience the low-carbon life,they begin to consider what in fact low-carbon economy is,where it will evolve into,whether it is supported with economic principle,and what the future situation of low-carbon economy is in China.In this paper,all the domestic literature about low carbon economy will be analyzed with the purpose of producing the outline of a low carbon economy development and trend in order to offer the systematic reference for future research.
