广西某社区原发性高血压患者症状自评量表评定分析

摘　　要：目的了解广西某社区原发性高血压患者的心理健康状况,为其心理健康保健提供参考。方法选择广西某社区原发性高血压患者93例,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测量其心理状况,并与正常中国成人常模比较。结果 SCL-90各项目分数均比全国常模低,其中总症状指数、强迫因子、人际关系因子、抑郁因子、焦虑因子、敌对因子、恐怖因子、偏执因子和精神病性因子共8个指标与常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);躯体化因子与常模比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社区原发性高血压患者心理健康水平较中国成人心理健康水平高,这可能与受调查者的生活水平普遍高于全国水平有很大相关,但这不能忽略原发性高血压患者的心理健康状况与高血压的发生与发展的关系,应该重视患者心理状况和健康教育。Objective To investigate the mental status of essential hypertension patients in community and provide a theoretical foundation in mental health care in community. Methods 93 essential hypertension patients were examined by SCL-90 scale and the results were compared with the norm of normal Chinese adults. Results All items scores in SCL-90 were lower than the normal model of Chinese adults,in which eight factors（including total symptom index,forcing faetor, interpersonal relationship, depression,anxiety,hostile, fear, paranoid ideation and mental factor） had statistically significant compared with normal model （P 〈 0.05 ）. Somatization factor had no statistically significant compared with normal model（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The level of mental status of hypertension patients in the community was higher than that of Chinese adults,which is associated with living standard of participants overing average of national level. We can＇t ignore that the level of mental health of primary hypertension patients are associated with development of hypertension ,and should pay attention to mental state and health education to hypertension patients.
