摘  要:目的比较地西泮或咪达唑仑联合氯胺酮对广西巴马小型猪无气管插管模型麻醉效果及安全性。方法将20头广西巴马小型猪随机分为地西泮组和咪达唑仑组各10头。地西泮组采用地西泮10 mg和氯胺酮0.1 g诱导麻醉,地西泮0.45 mg.kg-1.h-1、氯胺酮4.5 mg.kg-1.h-1静脉输入维持麻醉。咪达唑仑组采用咪达唑仑10 mg和氯胺酮0.1 g诱导麻醉,咪达唑仑0.25 mg.kg-1.h-1、氯胺酮2.7 mg.kg-1.h-1静脉输入维持麻醉。手术中监测心率、呼吸、体温、麻醉诱导时间、麻醉效果、动物死亡率等。结果咪达唑仑组麻醉诱导时间短于地西泮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组心率、肛温、脉搏、麻醉效果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均无死亡。结论咪达唑仑联合氯胺酮麻醉小型猪,诱导时间更短,是制备无气管插管麻醉模型较好的麻醉方法。Objective To compare the drug effect in general anaesthesia model without bronchial cannula for Guangxi Bama miniature pig. Methods Twenty Guangxi Bama miniature pigs were randomly divided into diazepam group or midazolam group. In diazepam group, ketamine hydrochloride injection in a dose of 0.1 g and diazepam injection in a dose of 10 mg were used to anaesthetize Guangxi Bama miniature pigs through intramuscular injection. Then Bama miniature pigs were anaesthetized with ketamine hydrochloride injection and diazepam injection through intravenous anesthesia discontinuously. In midazolam group, ketamine hydrochloride injection in a dose of 0.1 g and midazolam injection in a dose of 10 mg were used to anaesthetize Bama miniature pigs through intramuscular injection. Then the pigs were anaesthetized with ketamine hydrochloride injection and midazolam through intravenous anesthesia discontinuously. The anesthesia induction time, heart rate, respiratory rate, body temperature, and so on, which were recorded during the experiment. Results Compared with diazepam group, the anesthesia induction time was shorter in midazolam injection drug group, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05 ). The heart rate, pulse rate, respiratory rate,the rectal temperature and anesthesia effect between the two groups were not different (P 〉 0.05). There were no operative death in the two groups. Conclusion It is more effectively to anaesthetize Guangxi Bama miniature pig with midazolam injection and ketamine hydrochloride injection discontinuously,the induction time is very short.
