摘　　要：借鉴咨询业相关经验,结合理论知识和作者的工作经验,介绍了关于技术知识管理的相关知识,并对企业如何建立技术知识管理体系提出了几点建议。Benefit from the experience of consultation, combining with technical knowledge and work experiences, the knowledge about technical knowledge management is introduced. And aiming at the way how to build the technical knowledge management system, some suggestion is put forward.
