摘  要:土地经营破碎化是影响农业生产的一个障碍,通过评价潍坊市寒亭区土地经营破碎化,分析其驱动力,期望为区域土地规模化经营提供科学依据。研究采用寒亭区土地利用数据库和农户调查问卷数据,用多因素综合评价法、空间插值技术,评价研究区土地经营破碎化;用逐步回归方法,建立土地经营破碎化驱动模型。结果表明:靠近城区的双杨店镇、固堤镇、河滩镇土地经营破碎化程度较轻微,远离城区的泊子乡土地经营破碎化程度较严重;当平均地块大小在0.27~0.33hm^2时地均纯收入达到最高;平均地块大小与农户土地面积有较强的正相关性,与农户地块数有较强的负相关性。Land management fragmentation is an obstacle to agricultural production. Using land use data base and household survey data of Hanting District, this paper evaluates land management fragmentation by means of muhi factor comprehensive evaluation and spatial interpolation and builds a driving model of land management fragmentation by stepwise regression. The results show that the degree of land management fragmentation is relatively slight near urban areas while land management fragmentation is serious in the area away from urban area, and that net income per hectare reaches the highest when the average size of plots is between 0.27 and 0.33 hectares. The average size of plots is positively correlated to farmers' cultivated areas, negatively correlated to the number of plots.
