华北石炭二叠型煤田下组煤回采率提高途径研究

摘  要:通过对煤炭资源回收率影响因素的系统分析,把直接影响华北石炭二叠型矿区资源回收率的主要因素归纳为各类永久煤柱损失、各类边角煤损失和受底板奥灰承压水威胁的"呆滞"下组煤三大类。针对三类问题分别提出了一次采全高综采高产高效技术,矸石充填技术,缩小防水、防砂保护煤柱,动态续架对接工艺及受底板奥灰承压水威胁下组煤带压开采等解决措施,系统地研究了提高煤炭资源回收率的技术方法,为今后提高华北石炭二叠型煤田的煤炭资源回收率提供了有效的技术途径。Through analyzing the influencing factors of coal resources recovery rate, this paper reduces the main factors directly affecting the recovery rate of the carboniferous-permian coal formation in North China to three kinds: all kinds of permanent loss of coal pillar, all kinds of corner coal loss and the lower series coal which is threatened by the confined water within Ordovician limestone. To resolve the three problems, the paper puts forward such measures as the high output and high efficiency mine technology of the mining full height, the waste filling technology, the technology of reduceing the water-control coal pillar and the sand-control coal pillar, the dynamic docking process of large inclined angle by continuing the frame and the mining under pressure of the lower series coal which is threatened by the confined water within Ordovician limestone. The systematic study of the technology and method of improving the recovery rate of the coal resources will provide effective technical ways for improving the recovery rate of the carboniferous-permian coal formation in North China.
