四川省农用土地资源利用现状及可持续利用对策研究

摘　　要：土地资源尤其是农用土地资源是人类赖以生存的物质基础,社会经济的可持续发展有赖于农用土地资源的可持续利用。随着西部大开发的不断推进、四川现代工业的不断发展、城市化进程的加快、经济的跨越式发展,以及频繁的自然灾害,给四川农用土地资源带来了巨的压力。鉴于此,运用文献查阅法和观点陈述法分析研究四川省农用土地资源开发利用现状,把握其动态变化趋势,分析影响农用土地可持续利用的因素,并提出农用土地资源可持续利用的基本对策,以期对实现四川农用土地资源的可持续利用,促进经济社会的可持续发展有一定的借鉴参考价值。Land resources, especially agricultural land resources, are the material basis of human survival. Sustainable development of social economy relies on sustainable utilization of agricultural land resources. The continuous advance of western development, the development of modern industry in Sichuan, the acceleration of urbanization, the great-leap forward development of economy and frequent natural disasters have been exerting a tremendous pressure on agricultural land resources of the province. Using the methods of literature search and view presentation, this paper studies the status of farmland development and the dynamic change trend, analyzes the factors influencing the sustainable use of agricultural land and proposes the basic countermeasures for the sustainable use of agricultural land, expecting to provide valuable reference for achieving sustainable use of agricultural land resources and promoting sustainable economic and social development of Sichuan Province.
