摘 要:在对管道冷热油交替输送技术一般性规律研究的基础上,提出了鄯兰管道冷热油交替顺序输送方案并付诸实施,2008年底在长达749 km的鄯善—玉门管段上成功进行了4种原油共40批次的冷热交替顺序输送现场工业性试验,同时在2009年底在鄯善—兰州管段近1 700 km的长距离管道上实现3种物性波动较大原油的冷热交替顺序输送。文章介绍了冷热交替顺序输送的物理数学模型,应用编制的计算软件进行计算,并将各站的最低油温计算值与实验值进行对比,验证了水力热力计算软件的准确、可靠性。冷热交替输送运行的实践和经验可为其他原油长输管道提供借鉴。On the basis of the research of general hot and cold batch transportation regularity,the scheme of applying hot and cold batch transportation in Shan-Lan pipeline was suggested and then put into practice.At the end of 2008,40 industrial tests of such batch transportations were carried out in 749 km long Shanshan-Yumen pipeline for 4 kinds of crude oils.Then at the end of 2009,such batch transportation tests for 3 kinds of crude oils having larger property fluctuation range were carried out in 1 700 km long Shan-Lan pipeline.This paper describes the physical and mathematical model of hot and cold batch transportation and corresponding computations by the compiled software,then compares the computed lowest oil temperature values at each station with those from experiments and tests and validates the accuracy and reliability of the hydraulic and thermodynamic software.The practice and experience of the hot and cold batch transportations can be used as reference for other long-distance crude oil pipeline projects.
