摘 要:对番茄、茄子、辣椒、黄瓜不同发育时期的叶片进行了比较解剖学研究。结果表明,在叶片发育过程中,气孔器指数均是由低到高,达到最高值后再逐渐降低,并趋于稳定;叶片长宽比与叶片形状之间有一定的相关性,与表皮细胞长宽比之间没有明显的相关性;叶片分化先后依次为表皮、叶肉、叶脉;在叶片未展开前,表皮细胞小而致密,细胞排列规则而整齐,随着发育的进行,表皮细胞进行横向和径向生长,其中番茄、茄子、辣椒叶片表皮细胞径向的伸长生长速度大于横向的生长速度,黄瓜叶片表皮细胞径向的伸长生长速度与横向的生长速度大致相同。The study of comparative anatomy was conducted on leaves of tomato,eggplant,pepper and cucumber at different developmental stages.The results showed that the stomatal index increased before it,reached the highest value and then decreased gradually and stabilized during leaf development.There was a certain correlation between the blade aspect ratio of leaves and leaf shape.However there was no significant correlation on the blade aspect ratio between the leaves and the epidermal cells.The order of leaf differentiation was epidermis,mesophyll,veins in sequence.The epidermal cells was small and dense;their arrangement was regular and neat before the leaf unfolding.The epidermal cells began lateral and radial growth along with the development.And the leaf epidermal cell radial growth rate was faster than that of the lateral growth rate in tomato,eggplant,pepper.While there was no significant difference between the lateral and radial growth rate of leaf epidermal cells of cucumber.
