新疆旅游经济空间差异初步分析

摘　　要：以新疆15个地市州为研究单元,运用变异系数、基尼系数、泰尔指数等方法分析了新疆2000～2009年旅游经济差异的时空演变,并对旅游经济差异进行了分解。结果表明,新疆旅游经济总体差异特征为绝对差异不断扩大,相对差异呈先下降后上升的趋势。新疆旅游空间差异明显,国际旅游差异大于国内旅游差异;组间差异的贡献率较大,四大区域内部差异各异,亚心旅游区内部差异较大,南疆旅游区与北疆旅游区内部差异较小;旅游资源禀赋、经济基础和基础设施、区位因素及产业结构是影响旅游经济非均衡演变和旅游产业发展的重要因素,各地区要依据各自的特点开发旅游资源,加强基础设施建设,改善区位条件,优化旅游产业结构,促进新疆旅游业的整体发展。15 cities in Xinjiang were focused on.Indicators including the coefficient of variation,Gini coefficient and Theil index were figured out to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution of tourism economy of Xinjiang from 2000 to 2009 as well as the differences of tourism economy.The study showed that the overall characteristics of tourism economy differences in Xinjiang were as follows： The absolute difference increased,and the relative difference first decreased and then increased;There were significant space differences of tourism in Xinjiang,the region difference of international tourism was greater than that of domestic tourism;The difference between the groups was the largest;The four major regions in Xinjiang showed obviously different characteristics;The internal difference of Asian Heart tourism region was larger;The internal differences of the southern and northern Xinjiang were smaller.The tourism resource endowment,economic base,infrastructure,location and industry structure were important factors to cause the non-equilibrium development of tourism economy and to affect the development of the tourism industry.All the regions should base on their own characteristics exploit tourism resources,strengthen infrastructure construction,improve the regional conditions and optimize the tourism industry structure so as to promote the overall development of the tourism industry in Xinjiang.
