不同剂量新疆阿魏对血吸虫活性的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨新疆阿魏杀灭血吸虫的功效,分别用新疆阿魏蒸馏萃取物以0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4 g/kg浓度药液灌服治疗感染血吸虫病家兔,每隔3 d灌服1次,4次后停止给药,4周后剖检,门静脉灌注法收集虫体、计算减虫率,并以组织切片检查该药对血吸虫感染兔肝脏的治疗作用。结果显示,减虫率分别为12.30%、17.20%、46.40%、40.80%;经组织切片观察,家兔肝脏肉芽肿明显减小。表明新疆阿魏具有很强的杀灭血吸虫活性的作用,最佳杀虫剂量为0.3 g/kg。In order to investigate the efficacy of Sinkiangensis against schistosome,four groups of rabbits infected with schistosome were respectively fed with Sinkiangensis distillation extract with a concentration of 0.1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4 g/kg for four times at once every 4 days.All rabbits were anatomized 4 weeks later,and the portal vein perfusion method was adopted to collect worms.Then the worm reduction rates were tested and the drug＇s effect on the liver of rabbit was also studied.The results showed that the worm reduction rates in 4 groups were 12.30%,17.20%,46.40% and 40.80%,respectively.Biopsy and HE staining observation indicated that the granuloma was significantly reduced.It is concluded that Ferulic has a great activity against S.japonicum with the optimal dose of 300mg/kg.
