摘  要:采用不同质量浓度梯度吲哚丁酸(IBA)溶液对食用菊插穗基部进行浸泡处理,测定了沙培扦插1个月内茎叶和根的生长状况。试验结果表明,IBA对食用菊插穗生长有较明显的促进作用,其中,以采用150 mg/L IBA浸泡2 h处理对食用菊插穗生长的效果最好,可将生根率由75%提高到100%,并且插穗生长比较健壮。Soaking treatments with various concentrations of IBA on cutting base of edible chrysanthemum were done and the growth status of stem,leaf and root after one month sand-culture were determined.The results showed that IBA had obviously promotion effect on cutting growth of edible chrysanthemum,and the best effect was soaking treatment in concentration of 150 mg/L for 2 hours,which could improve the root growth rate from 75% to 100% and promote cuttings growth.
