摘 要:为了明确山西省晋中地区黄瓜灰霉病菌对多菌灵、乙霉威及速克灵的抗性水平,运用组织分离法从太谷、祁县和平遥的罹病黄瓜上分离到30个灰霉病菌菌株(Botrytis cinerea Pers.),并用最低抑制浓度法(MIC)和菌落直径生长法分别测定了这30个菌株的抗性频率和抗性水平。结果表明,30个菌株对乙霉威、多菌灵和速克灵的抗性频率分别为70%,80%和90%;3种杀菌剂敏感菌株的平均EC50分别为0.036 9,0.057 4,0.269 2μg/mL;3种杀菌剂抗性菌株的平均抗性倍数分别为66.0倍、421.5倍和55.3倍。表明山西晋中地区黄瓜灰霉病菌对乙霉威和速克灵的抗性达到中抗,对多菌灵的抗性为高抗。建议在该地区生产中停止使用多菌灵,减少使用乙霉威和速克灵或与其他药剂混合使用。To study the resistance level of Botrytis cinerea to diethofencarb,carbendazim and procymidone,30 Botrytis cinerea strains were isolated from Taigu,Qixian and Pingyao adopting tissue segregation method.The resistance frequency and the resistance level were measured by methods of the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and colonies diameter growth.The results showed that the resistance frequency of 30 strains to diethofencarb,carbendazim and procymidone were 70%,80% and 90% respectively.The average EC50 of sensitive strains were 0.036 9,0.057 4 and 0.269 2 μg/mL,respectively.The average resistance level of resistant strains were 66.0,421.5 and 55.3 times,respectively.It suggested that Botrytis cinerea in Jinzhong Shanxi to diethofencarb and procymidone has reached middle resistance levels,and to carbendazim was high resistance level.It was recommended to stop using carbendazim and to reduce using diethofencarb and procymidone,or mix these two with other fungicides in production.
