摘  要:以新的微量金的富集剂———尼龙( 聚己内酰胺主体) 织物分离富集金为基础,拟定了原子吸收光度法、金试剂分光光度法测定金,并在多种物料中应用。测定结果与标准值、火试金法、活性炭富集法相符,RSD(n = 7) < 4 % 。尼龙织物吸附金后以金试剂显色制备的色阶,进行目视比色,其分辨率可达0 .2 μg 。A new regent, nylon fabric made of polycaprolactam named “9709”, for enrichment of gold has been developed. As an enrichment reagent of gold, it has many advantages: good selectivity, cheap, pollution free, large adsorbability, de absorbing easily, outstanding stability and so on. The operation conditions of enrichment and separation of gold from coexistent elements were studied. Combined with atomic absorption spectrometry and spectrophotometry, two methods for the determination of gold were established and the methods have been applied to the determination of trace gold in different materials. The results are in agreement with those provided by fire assay and active carbon enrichment method with precision of <4% RSD ( n =7). The resolution between the color steps from color reaction of gold reagent with gold absorbed by nylon fabric is 0.2 μg.
