殡仪职工手部病原菌分布情况及其与岗位相关性

摘  要:目的 了解不同岗位的殡仪职工手部的带菌情况及菌群分布。方法 对全国13个殡仪馆的105名不同工种殡仪职工(一线职工90名,管理人员15名)的手部表面进行微生物采样,采样结果进行细菌学检测鉴定。结果 共分离细菌1783株,其中革兰阳性菌为1027株,以葡萄球菌属为主;革兰阴性菌为756株,以假单胞菌属为主;致病菌(包括条件致病菌)570株,占31.96%。从岗位相关性角度分析,防腐整容工、火化工、接运工、管理人员致病菌(包括机会致病菌)的检出率分别为35.67% (370/1037)、24.42% (95/389)、22.41% (52/232)和10.40% (12/125),防腐整容工致病菌(包括条件致病菌)检出率均高于火化工、接运工及管理人员(χ2值分别为13.682、10.967、32.263,P值均﹤0.05);而火化工及接运工致病菌(包括机会致病菌)检出率也明显高于管理人员(χ2值分别为11.206、7.873,P值均﹤0.05)。结论 殡仪职工手部分离了大量的致病菌;殡仪场所内不同岗位的殡仪职工致病菌(包括机会致病菌)检出率存在不同,防腐整容工最高,管理人员最低。Objective This study aims to investigate the bacteria contamination and flora distributions on hands of funeral staffs in different positions. Methods Bacterial samples were collected from the hands of 105 funeral staffs in different postitions (including 90 frontline staffs and 15 administrative workers) from 13 funeral parlors nationwide, and were subsequently tested by bacterium inspection. Results In total, 1783 strains of bacteria were isolated, including 1027 Gram-positive (G+) bacteria, most of which were Staphylococcus; and 756 Gram-negative (G-) bacteria, most of which were Pseudomonas. Out of the 1783 strains of bacteria, 570 pathogens and opportunistic pathogens were isolated, accounted to 31.96%. The isolated ratio of pathogens and conditional pathogens in embalmer/ cosmetologist of cadavers was 35.67% (370/1037), which was higher than those in the funeral workers in other positions, such as cremators, pick-up and administrative workers, whose ratios were 24.42% (95/389), 22.41% (52/232) and 10.40% (12/125), respectively (χ2 were 32.263, 10.967 and 13.682, respectively; P 〈 0.05). And the isolated ratios of pathogens and conditional pathogens in cremators and pick-up wokers were significantly higher than that in administrative workers (χ2 were 11.206 and 7.873, respectively; P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Lots of bacteria were found in the samples from hands of funeral staffs. The isolated ratio of pathogens and conditional pathogens was different between the funeral staffs in different positions; while the highest was from embalmer/ cosmetologist of cadavers and the lowest was from administrators.
