摘　　要：论述了八十年代以来α-二酮合成方法的研究进展,总结了亲核加成-消去法、偶合法、氧化法、重排法等合成α-二酮的方法。a - Diketones are active intermediates with two functional groups in organic synthesis. This paper briefly reviews the progress in the synthesis of a - diketones in the last 20 years. The reactions involved include nucleophilic addition - elimination, coupling, oxidation and rearrangement etc.
