摘　　要：本文简要叙述了通过胺膦配体中的活泼氨基引入各种极性基团 。The aminophonphine ligands display important role in coordination and under homogeneous catalysis.Recently,an increasing interest has been directed to water soluble aminophosphine ligands.This review discribes briefly the preparation of various water soluble aminophosphine ligands in which polar functional groups were introduced by active hydrogen on nitrogen atom and their application in homogeneous catalysis or catalytic asymmetric synthesis.
