摘 要:混合溶剂水含量强烈影响芘从H2O/DMF混合溶剂向聚苯乙烯/ 聚丙烯酸二嵌段共聚物平头胶团的增溶,随着水含量增加而明显增大了芘和胶团内核PS间的结合力,促进了芘的增溶。实验结果表明,增加混合溶剂极性组分是实现有效增溶的一种简便方法。The effects of water content in the solvent mixture (W H 2O ) on solubilization of pyrene (Py) from H 2O/DMF solvent mixture into the "crew cut" micelles of polystyrene b polyacrylic acid (PS b PAA) diblock copolymer have been examined. The results show that W H 2O strongly affects the partitioning coefficient (K v) of Py between the micelles and the solvent mixture as well as the first stepwise association constant (K 1) between Py molecule and the vacant micelle. As increasing W H 2O , both K v and K 1 are significantly enhanced, the more molecules of Py are incorporated into the micelles. This result suggests a practical approach to obtain a large amount of hydrophobic material absorbed: a solution of micelles is prepared in suitable mixed solvent in which hydrophobic compound has a high solubility, then water is added slowly into the solution and the hydrophobic solute is thus forced to incorporate into the micellar cores.
