益气化瘀冲剂治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气化瘀冲剂对慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者心功能分级及左室射血分数(LVEF)的影响和临床疗效。方法将120例心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者随机分为2组,2组均予西医常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组60例加益气化瘀冲剂,对照组60例予安慰剂。2组均2个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后,观察2组心功能分级及LVEF改善情况,观察2组不良反应,统计临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后心功能分级Ⅰ级、Ⅲ级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。治疗组治疗后LVEF(>45%)正常率60.3%,对照组治疗后LVEF(>45%)正常率35.1%,治疗组LVEF正常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率93.1%,对照组总有效率63.2%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组均无不良反应。结论益气化瘀冲剂能有效缓解慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者的症状,改善心功能,提高LVEF,且疗效显著,作用安全。Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqihuayu granule on cardiac functional grading and LVEF of patients with chronic systolic heart failure.Methods 120 patients with cardiac function of grade Ⅱand Ⅲ were randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in control group were treated by combination of western conventional anti-failure therapy and placebo granule.Patients in treatment group（n=60） received combination of Yiqihuayu granule and conventional therapy.The course was a month in two groups.Cardiac functional grading and improvement of LVEF were observed after a course in two groups.Results There was significant difference between two groups on cardiac function of grade Ⅰand Ⅲ（P0.05）.The normal rate of LVEF（45%） in treatment group（60.3%） was higher than that in control group（35.1%,P0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group（93.1%） was higher than that in control group（35.1%,P0.05）.There was no side effect in two groups.Conclusion Yiqihuayu granule can effectively relieve symptoms in patients with systolic heart failure,improve heart function,increase LVEF and has obvious effect and safety.
