中药口服加灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭63例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药口服加灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法将97例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为2组。对照组34例予单纯西医治疗,治疗组63例在对照组治疗基础上配合中药口服、灌肠。2组均3个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率84.0%,对照组总有效率61.8%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量及血红蛋白(Hgb)与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后Cr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白定量均降低,Hgb升高;2组治疗后Cr、24 h尿蛋白定量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气健脾补肾、化浊、排毒中药能够明显改善慢性肾衰竭患者临床症状,降低血肌酐及尿蛋白。临床疗效优于单纯西药,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of chronic renal failure treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 97 cases of chronic renal failure were randomly divided into groups.Patients in control group（n=34） were given routine western medicine therapy.Patients in treatment group（n=63） were treated by oral administration and enema of traditional Chinese medicine,and routine western medicine.The course was three months in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（84.0%） was higher than that in control group（61.8%,P0.05）.There were obvious differences between before and after treatment on Cr,BUN,24 h urine protein and Hgb in two groups（P0.05）.Cr,BUN and 24 h urine protein was decreased after treatment,Hgb was increased.Conclusion A traditional Chinese medicine for benefiting qi for invigorating spleen and invigorating kidney,eliminating turbid and removing toxin can significantly improve clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure,and reduce SCr and 24h urine protein.
