畜禽隐孢子虫病的调查与人工感染试验

摘　　要：作者于1994—1996 年,经对我宁夏自治区银北、银南、银川和固原地区17 个县(市),71个行政村169 群(户)饲养的牛、羊、猪、鸡等畜禽的调查,其隐孢子虫的总感染率为23.08% (767/3520),其中牛为24.58% (217/883),羊为22.15% (280/1264),猪为11.00% (58/527),鸡为36.81% (212/576)。经人工感染、卵囊指数测定等试验证明,奶牛感染的隐孢子虫为小鼠隐孢子虫(C.m uris),鸡所感染的隐孢子虫为贝氏隐孢子虫(C.baileyi)。The authors had investigated the prevalence of Cryptosporidium in animals and poulty in Ningxia district during 1994 1996.The total infectivity of Cryptosporidium was 23.08%(767/3520),the infectivity was 24.58%(217/883)for cows,22.15%(280/1264)for sheep and goats,11.00%(58/527)for pigs and 36.81%(212/576)for chickens.The results of experimental infection tests and measuring of Cryptosporidium oocysts index indicated that the species of Cryptosporidum infecting cow was Cryptosporidium muris ,and infecting chichen was Cryptowsporidium baileyi.
