高大框架柱应用工字梁木模板体系的设计与施工

摘　　要：北京京东方成盒及彩膜厂房施工中,使用覆膜多层板、木工字梁、槽钢柱箍及相关的专业配件现场制作木质大模板,采用一次支模、混凝土一次浇筑到顶的施工方法。经过对设计意图、厂房工艺特点、质量标准的分析研究,确定了模板的设计要点,并据此进行模板设计。通过精心的模板设计及施工,使现场高大框架柱施工达到了预期的目的,取得了较好的效果。During the construction of cell forming and color film plant of Beijing BOE Company, large wooden formwork is made on site by using film faced plywood, wooden I-beam, channel steel column hoop and relevant special components, and such construction methods as one-off formwork supporting and one-off concrete pouring to the top are adopted. After analysis and research on the design concept, process characteristics of the plant and quality standards, the key design points are determined and formwork is designed accordingly. The on-site construction of high and large favorable effects are realized through careful formwork design and frame column reaches its expected aims and construction.
