摘　　要：以《社会主义思想与革命性改革》文章的发表为标志，戈尔巴乔夫改革就开始偏离了社会主义方向，不断从意识形态、法律等方面削弱苏共合法性基础，直至最终取消宪法中规定的苏共领导地位，使苏共合法性丧失殆尽。这是导致苏联解体的直接原因。With the publication of Socialist Ideas and Revolutionary Reform： Gorbachev began to deviate from the socialist direction, from the ideology and legal undermined, legitimacy of the Soviet Communist Party until the final abolition of the Constitution provisions of the Soviet Communist Party leadership. The loss of the legality of the Soviet Communist Party led to the collapse of the USSR.
