纱力拉真空调湿定形机在长丝筒染中的应用

摘　　要：采用纱力拉真空调湿定型对热收缩性较大的长丝进行筒染前预缩处理,并在立信LABWIN筒子染缸中染色测试。试验表明,采用纱力拉饱和蒸气处理后,能有效改善染色质量、增加每个染色筒子重量、减少纱线损耗及降低染色成本。Trials about pre-shrinking of high thermo-shrinking filament using the XORELLA vacuum conditioning and heat setting machine and dyeing in FONG'S package machine indicate that the quality has been meliorated e ectively;each bobbin weight has been increased,the yarn loss has been lessened and the cost has been reduced after the processing of XO-saturated steam.
