摘　　要：针对甲壳素纤维粗、强力低及Modal纤维抱合力差、与棉混纺成纱性低的特点,为了成功开发出甲壳素纤维/Modal/精梳棉多组分混纺纱线。采用条子混合,各工序采取必要措施,包括增大捻系数、低车速、高相对湿度甲壳素纤维/Modal/精梳棉,详细介绍了甲壳素纤维/Modal/精梳棉混纺纱的纺纱工艺方案和技术措施。The chitin fibre has such features as large diameter, low tenacity, poop priction with Modal fibre, and mixed spinning ability with cotton low intensity of chitin fibers, poor friction of Medal fiber, and low mixed spinning ability. Measures are taken in each process of spinning, including increasing yarn twist and air humidity, and reducing machine speed, to successfully develop chitin/Modal/combed cotton blended knitting yarn. The process plan and technical measures of chitin/Modal/combed cotton blended knitting yarn are discussed in detail.
