摘　　要：为开发可染丙纶纯纺纱,针对可染丙纶纤维性能及其可纺性,对可染丙纶纯纺纱的纺纱工艺参数及染纱工艺进行了优化。在染色工艺中注意提高色牢度,保证手感柔软;解决了各工序中出现的问题,通过采取一系列有效措施,保证了纺纱生产顺利进行。To develop dyeable polypropylene yarn, the processing parameters of dyeable polypropylene fiber in spinning process and yarn-dyed process were optimized. In the dying process, the main control point is to improve color fastness and to guarteen soft handle. The problems in production procedure have been solved, and a series of effective measures are taken to ensure the spinning production of dyeable polypropylene fiber yarns smooth.
