液氨整理纯棉色织衬衫面料的生产工艺研究

摘　　要：将液氨整理和树脂整理相结合应用于纯棉色织衬衫面料,可使织物具有免烫、手感柔软、缩水率小等多重效果,生产出超柔软的免烫整理产品。结合企业生产实际,探讨了液氨免烫纯棉色织衬衫面料的生产工艺。The combination of two technologies such as liquid ammonia treatment and resin finish are employed in manufacturing iron-free yarn-dyed cotton shirt fabrics. The marked-welcomed super soft products made of the fabrics own such features as DP finish, softness and reduced shrinkage. In light of the actual process of enterprises, the technology used in making iron-free yarn-dyed cotton shirt fabrics is also discussed, which has a certain reference for manufacturing high-grade yarn-dyed cotton fabrics and working out related parameters.
