摘　　要：介绍了60/40圣麻/涤纶14.8 tex+44.4 dtex混纺弹力包芯纱的生产工艺流程。根据纤维的特性,探索了圣麻/涤纶混纺弹力包芯纱的生产工艺。由于圣麻纤维间的摩擦因数小,在成纱中抱合力小,成纱容易发毛,为减少成纱毛羽,在细纱工序采取了增加捻度、使用抛光钢领配优质钢丝圈、缩短钢丝圈的更换周期等技术措施。The spinning flow of St. Ma/palyester blended elastic core-spun yarn is introduced. Based on the characteristics of the fibers, the spinning process is explored. With the low friction coefficient between the fibers, the small cohesion in spinning, the yam is easy to be hairy. In order to decrease the yarn hairiness, the technical measures are taken, including increasing twists, using polishing ring with high-qualified traveler and shortening the rcplacemcnt cycle of traveler in the process of spinning.
