龙海麻鸭自然感染菲莱氏盲肠温扬球虫亚种(Wenyonella philip levinei caecum)内生殖虫体与组织病变

摘　　要：考察了厦门地区龙海麻鸭盲肠寄生的球虫,经鉴定为菲莱氏盲肠温扬球虫亚种.该球虫寄生于盲肠,卵囊的最早孢子化时间为24 h.组织切片显示内生殖虫体有三型裂殖体,成熟大配子体位于绒毛中部或肠腺上皮细胞核的下方,椭圆形.成熟小配子体位于绒毛中部和基部上皮细胞核的下方,内有50 个以上逗点状小配子.卵囊位于绒毛基部上皮细胞核的下方、绒毛固有层和粘膜肌层.盲肠病理切片显示盲肠绒毛上皮、肠腺上皮细胞遭到破坏,并伴有炎症反应.The developm ent of endogenous stage and histopathological change of Wenyonella philiplevineicaecum from Longhaiduck in naturalinfection is reported. The en- dogenous stage ofthe naturalinfection Wenyonella philiplerineicaecum com prised three types of schizonts, trophozoite, m acrogam etocyte, m icrogam etocyte, m erozoite, m icrogam ete and oocyst. Mature firsttype schizonts w hich contained 6～9 m erozoires w ere found in the epithe- lialcells ofdistalorm iddle partofthe cecalvillus.The second type schizonts with fully devel- oped 7～12 m erozoites were found in the epithelialcells ofm iddle partofthe cecalvillus. Thethird type schizonts w ere found in the cecalm ucosa, w hich lay above the hostcellnecleus or occasionally beside the necleus, and contained 8～12 m erozoites. The m atural m acroganeto- cytes and m icrogam etocytesw ere found in the epithelialorin thececalgland. They lay beneath the host cellnecleus. The m inim um sporulation tim e on oocysts of Wenyonella philiplevinei caecum w as 24 hours. Tissue sections revealed thatthetotalthicknessofm ucosa and heightof the villiofcaecum decreased. The epithlialcells ofvillorgland ofcaecum w ere destroyed.The m ostofcecalm ucosa appeared w ith inflam m actory reaction.
