摘　　要：糖尿病模型的建立是糖尿病治疗研究的重要内容,本研究根据文献报道的方法,采用链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶联合给药进行Beagle犬糖尿病造模的建立。结果造模后Beagle犬血糖呈先下降后升高变化,血糖由于饮食变化而有较大波动,体重持续下降,最后造模26日后因长期不进食死亡。采用文献方法建模药物的剂量可能偏大,建议可分剂量多次注射,以降低药物对犬机体的损伤。The model building of diabetes of animals is an important part of the diabetes therapy.In this paper,we used streptozotocin and alloxan to build Beagle dog diabetes model according to the references. The results showed a decreased and then increased in blood glucose changes and the blood glucose changed with the change of diet,the weight dropped, and the dog died in 26 days.The amount of drugs used in the method may be too large to dogs,we recommended the dosage should be divided into multiple injections to reduce the damage of drugs on dog＇s body in the beagle dog diabetes model building.
