摘  要:介绍了氨基硅油柔软剂在纤维表面的定向排列成膜形态和作用模型.概述了氨基硅油的氨值及pH大小对膜形貌及作用模型的影响:氨值的大小直接控制相邻2个氨烃基间硅氧烷链段的长短,只有适宜长度的聚硅氧烷链才能自如地弯曲、转动和滑动,进而赋予织物柔软性;氨基1/2质子化(pH=6.0)的单氨基硅油的柔软效果最佳,双氨基硅油柔软效果最佳时氨基1/4质子化(pH=6.7).阐述了引入聚醚提高氨基硅油柔软剂的作用模型:聚醚改性氨基硅油在棉纤维表面的作用模型、氨基聚醚线性嵌段聚硅氧烷的作用模型、氨基聚醚线性嵌段聚硅氧烷在不同环境中的作用模型.The orientation and working model of amino silicone softener on fiber surface were introduced. Amino value and pH of amino silicone impact on film morphology and working model were reviewed. The amino value directly controlled the siloxane chain length of adjacent amino alkyls. Only moderate length of the polysilox- ane chain can freely bend, turn and slide, which could further endow the fabric with softness. The softness effect of single amino silicone with 1/2 amino protonation (pH=6.0) was the optimal, and double amino silicone with 1/4 amino protonation (pH=6.7) was the best. The working models of improving amino silicone softness by addition of polyether were described, including working model of polyether modified amino silicone on cotton fiber surface, working model of amino polyether linear block polysiloxane and the working models in different environ- mentsl
