摘 要:以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、乙二醇(EG)以及羟基硅油为原料合成了有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂,并用于涤纶织物的亲水整理.讨论了w(DMT)、w(羟基硅油)以及缩聚反应时间对合成产物性能的影响,通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)、热性能分析(TG-DTA)和扫描电镜(SEM)测试,表征了有机硅改性亲水聚酯的结构和性能.结果表明:经有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理的涤纶织物,水滴吸收时间和静电半衰期分别为11.5 s和4.0 s,手感分数为8.5,具有良好的吸湿性和柔软性,水洗30次后水滴吸收时间和静电半衰期仍可达到13.0 s和6.0 s,手感分数为8.0,能赋予织物较耐久的吸湿性和柔软性.Hydrophilic polyester finishing agent modified by silicone was prepared with dimethyl terephtha- late (DMT), poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG), ethylene glycol (EG) and hydroxyl silicone oil, then applied to hydrophilic finishing of polyester fabric. The influences of DMT dosage, hydroxyl silicone oil dosage and the polycondensation reaction time on the performance of synthetic product was discussed. The structure and performance of the hy- drophilic polyester modified silicone were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, TG-DTA and SEM. The results showed that the time of water absorption and static half-life of the finished polyester fabric was 11.5 s and 4.0 s, respectively, and the handle scores was 8.5, the finished polyester fabric had good hydroscopic property and softness. After 30 times of laundering, the time of water absorption and the static half-life of finished fabric could still reach 13.0 s and 6.0 s, respectively, and the handle scores was 8.0. The synthetic finishing agent could endow polyester fabric with durable hydroscopic property and softness.
