摘  要:采用自制环氧丙基十二烷基二甲基氯化铵对普通氨基硅油进行季铵化改性,合成了一种新型季铵化改性氨基硅油柔软剂.对自制氨基硅油及其改性产物进行乳化,得到了稳定性良好的硅油乳液.将其应用于纯棉织物整理,结果表明:经该新型季铵化改性氨基硅油柔软剂(20 g/L)整理后,亲水性为10.2 s、较改性前减少65 s,织物的白度比未整理仅下降2.4、但比改性前提高3.1.同时,该整理织物比未整理织物的撕破强力可提高51.6%,折皱回复角则提高44.4°.该新型柔软剂手感柔软且富有弹性,抗黄变性及亲水性好.Amino-siloxane oil was modified with self-made epoxypropyl dodecyl dimethyl quaternary ammonium salts and a new kind of quaternary ammonium modified amino-silicone was synthesized. It is found that the emulsion of the quaternary ammonium modified amino-silicone has excellent stability. The self-made amino-silicone oil and the modified product were emulsified, and silicone emulsion with good stability was obtained. The application results in cotton fabric finish showed that the time for absorbing a drop of water was 10.2 s after finishing with the new quaternary ammonium modified amino silicon oil 20 g/L. It was reduced by 65 s compared with the controlled fabric, the whiteness of the fabric decreased only 2.4 compared with untreated fabric, but increased 3.1 compared with controlled fabric. Tear strength of finished fabric was improved by 51.6% and the crease recovery angle was raised 44.4° compared with untreated fabric. The new softener not only has excellent performance in softness and elasticity, but also gets good performance in anti-yellowing and hydrophilic.
