摘　　要：齐齐哈尔市橡胶坝工程是我国纬度最高的橡胶坝工程,通过分析该工程的流冰期冰情,研究防凌度汛措施,可为同类工程在我国北方高纬度地区流冰期的管理提供现实经验,具有一定的借鉴意义。Qiqihar rubber dam project is located in the highest latitude in China,the reserch for its ice conditions during ice flow period and ice flood control can provides management experiences for the similar projects located in high latitudes in north of China and has an significant reference.
