摘　　要：目的观察生血宁片对甲亢患者使用他巴唑治疗后白细胞的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将用他巴唑治疗后白细胞减少了的90例甲亢患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组45例,给予生血宁片治疗;对照组45例,给予维生素B4和鲨肝醇治疗。治疗前后观察两组患者白细胞值、血小板值差异。结果治疗组在治疗2周和4周后白细胞值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的血小板值在治疗2周后与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在4周后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生血宁片能有效治疗甲亢患者用药后白细胞减少,其机理与其刺激造血细胞增值,动员释放粒细胞,抗氧化保护骨髓细胞,调节免疫功能有关,从而促进造血功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of Sheng Xue Ning on white blood cell of hyperthyroidism patients,and investigate the mechanism of action.Methods 90 hyperthyroidism patients with lower white blood cell who treated with tapazole were randomly divided into two groups：trial group（n=45） and control group（n=45）.Trail group cured with Shengxuening,and control group cured with Vitamin B and Batilol.Observe the number of white blood cell and blood platelets before the treatment and cured 2weeks and 4 weeks.Results After cured 2 weeks and 4 weeks,white blood cell of trial group was very significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）;Blood platelets of trial group after cured 4 weeks was very significantly higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）,but there was no difference after cured 2 weeks（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Shengxuening tablets have effect on the reduction of white blood cell of hyperthyroidism patients.The mechanism of it may be related with immune function and improvement of iron metabolism,and lead to the recovery of blood-producing function.
