紫外-可见分光光度法测定复方红景天胶囊中总黄酮含量

摘　　要：目的建立复方红景天胶囊中总黄酮含量的紫外-可见分光光度测定法。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品、508nm波长处进行含量测定。结果芦丁在8.0～48.0mg/L的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为99.83%(n=6,RSD=1.13%),3批复方红景天胶囊样品中总黄酮含量分别为1.10%、1.08%、1.12%。结论该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,测定结果可靠,可用于测定复方红景天胶囊中总黄酮含量。Objective To establish UV-visible spectrophotometry method for the determination of the total flavonoids in compound Hongjingtian capsule.Methods The contents of the total flavonoids were determined at 508 nm with rutin as the standard substance by ultraviolet UV-visible spectrophotometry method.Results The calibration curve of rutin was linear when its concentration range was from 8.0 to 48.0mg/l（r=0.9998）,and the average recoveries was 99.83%.The content of total flavonoids in 3 batches of sample was 1.10%,1.08%,1.12%.Conclusion The method is simple,high sensitivity and reliable in results,and can be used as the determination of the total flavonoids in compound Hongjingtian capsule.
