摘　　要：目的探讨去大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果。方法对37例重型颅脑损伤合并脑疝患者采用去大骨瓣开颅术进行治疗,按格拉斯哥预后评分法观察手术疗效。结果恢复良好18例,中残4例,重残6例,植物样生存3例,死亡6例。结论去大骨瓣开颅术是治疗重型颅脑损伤的有效方法。Objective To investigate the curative effect of standard large trauma craniotomy for severe brain damage and clinical experience.Methods 37 cases of severe brain damage with brain herniation in patients with standard large trauma craniotomy for treatment,according to Glasgow Coma Scale observed by surgery.Results Good recovery in 18 cases,4 cases of moderate disability,severe disability in 6 cases,3 cases of plant-like life and death in 6 cases.Conclusion The standard large trauma craniotomy is an effective treatment method for severe brain damage.
