河北省邢台县农村空巢老人高血压调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨邢台县农村空巢老人高血压患病率及影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,对邢台县10个行政村的60岁以上的空巢老人进行问卷调查和血压测量。结果 10个行政村共有空巢老人248人,高血压患病率为55.4%(135/248);农村空巢老人高血压相关影响因素有:吸烟、饮酒、高盐饮食、缺乏运动等;高血压患者的知晓率、管理率和控制率分别为25.9%、20.0%、3.7%。结论邢台县农村空巢老人的高血压患病率较高,对农村空巢老人高血压预防控制措施亟待加强。Objective To investigate the current status of hypertension and to analyze its influence factors among empty-nest rural elderly in Xingtai County.Methods A questionnaire survey and blood pressure measurements were performed among the empty-nest elderly aged above 60 years old in ten administrative villages of Xingtai County using a cluster random sampling method.Results There was a total of 248 empty-nest elderly living in ten administrative villages,with the prevalence of hypertension being 55.4% （135/248）.The related factor of hypertension in empty nest rural elderly included smoking,alcohol use,high salt diet and physical inactivity.The rates of awareness,management,and control of hypertension were 25.9%,20.0% and 3.7%,respectively.Conclusion There is a high prevalence of hypertension among empty-nest rural elderly in Xingtai County.Therefore,prevention and control measures of hypertension should be strengthened for empty-nest rural elderly.
