红灯散瘀汤治疗高脂血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究红灯散瘀汤对高脂血症的治疗作用。方法将114例高脂血症患者随机分入治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服红灯散瘀汤,对照组服脂必妥。治疗前后分别检测血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果治疗前后2组血脂水平均有所下降,治疗组各项指标下降的水平均高于对照组。结论红灯散瘀汤可以有效治疗高脂血症。Objective To investigate the effects of Hongdeng Sanyu decoction in treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 114 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomized into treatment and control groups.The treatment group was given oral Hongdeng Sanyu decoction,while the control group received oral Zhibituo.The levels of total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） in the patients were detected before and after treatment,respectively.Results Both two groups showed reductions in blood lipids level before and after treatment.The decrease of all measures was greater in treatment group than those in control group.Conclusion Hongdeng Sanyu decoction may be effective in treatment of hyperlipidemia.
