摘　　要：目的:从测定精浆锌元素值的变化入手,探讨育子汤配合电针刺激改善弱精症患者精液质量的机理。方法:将120例弱精子症患者随机分为中药组60例、中药加电针组60例,分别采用中药、中药加电针治疗,疗程3个月。观察2组患者治疗前后精浆锌和精子活力的变化。结果:2组患者治疗前后精浆锌比较、精子活力比较均有显著性差异,治疗后2组精浆锌、精子活力比较均有显著性差异。结论:中药加电针能明显改善弱精症患者精浆锌水平并增强精子活力。Objective：To explore the effect and mechanism of the traditional Chinese drug combined with electric acupuncture on improving semen quality in patients with weak sperm and the effect of seminal plasma zinc.Methods：Divided the 120 patients with weak sperm disease,into two groups randomly： traditional Chinese drug group of 60 cases,traditional Chinese drug combined with electric acupuncture of 60 cases,treatment of 3 months,observed the changes of seminal plasma zinc and sperm motility before and after the treatment.Results：The seminal plasma zinc and sperm motility of two groups were increased after the treatment,the comparison of seminal plasma zinc and the sperm motility in two groups after the treatment were significant differences by statistical processing.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese drug combined with electric acupuncture can improve the level of seminal plasma zinc and increase the motility of sperm obviously.
