显微手术治疗脑动静脉畸形所致精神障碍60例分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨显微外科手术治疗脑动静脉畸形所致精神障碍的疗效和并发症。方法：对60例确诊脑动静脉畸形所致精神障碍病人经药物治疗无效后进行显微外科手术治疗。结果：术后10~24个月对患者进行远期疗效随访,有效随访率95%。随访到的57例患者中：19例恢复,显著进步26例,进步8例,无效4例,加重0例,有效率92.98%;术后除早期暂时性并发症外,无远期严重并发症。结论：手术治疗脑动静脉畸形所致精神障碍是一种安全有效的治疗方法,其疗效理想,部分患者可以达到治愈。Objective：To explore the curative effect and complications of microneurosurgical therapy of arteriovenous malformation in patients with mental disease.Methods：60 psychopathy cases with Arteriovenous malformation who had no response to the medicine were operated on microneurosurgical therapy and followed up 10 to 24 months after operation,57 patients who were kept contact with,there was appraisal of curative effect.Results：19 recovered,26 significantly improved,8 improved,4 not improved,the effective rate was 92.98%.Except for early and transient complications,no serious long-term complications occurred in all patients.Conclusion：Microneurosurgical therapy is a safe and effective method to the patients of mental disease with Arteriovenous malformation.
