护理干预对糖尿病患者生存质量的影响调查

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者生存质量影响。方法:选择在我院接受治疗的140例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组70人,对照组给予降糖药和一般护理,干预组在此基础上进行护理干预。采用DM生存质量特异性量表(Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale,DSQL)对这140例DM患者进行问卷调查。结果:6个月后对2组情况进行测评,干预组患者的生存质量明显提高,各项指标得到显著改善。结论:对DM患者采取必要的护理干预措施,能帮助DM病人提高生存质量。Objective：To explore the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus（DM）.Methods：Selected 140 cases of type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients in hospitalization,randomly divided them into intervention group and contrast group,each group were 70 peoples,the contrast group had drug therapy and general nursing,intervention group had nursing intervention on this basis,Had Questionnaire survey of the 140 cases of DM patients with Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale（DSQL）.Results：Evaluated the two groups after 6 months,the quality of Life of the intervention group were improved obviously,each index improved significantly compared with contrast groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Taking necessary nursing intervention measures for DM patients can help improving their quality of life.
