摘　　要：作为冠状动脉疾病治疗的重要手段,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术前与术后评估中迫切需要一些非创伤性的影像学检查方法。64层螺旋CT依靠真正意义上的容积数据采集,在无创性影像诊断学中开创了一个全新领域,在心血管疾病的诊断中担任着越来越重要的角色。本文就64层螺旋CT在PCI术前与术后评估中的应用和进展进行综述。Percutaneous coronary intervention （ PCI ） has been considered as an important method to treat the coronary diseases and some ram-wounded imaging examinations are greatly needed in its preoperative and postoperative evaluation. 64-slice CT is playing a more important role in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases with its noninvasive method and the real volume data acquisition. This paper reviews the research progress on 64-slice CT in preoperative and postoperative evaluation of PCI.
