摘　　要：脂肪组织中存在丰富的成体干细胞,脂肪间充质干细胞由于获取简便,扩增速度快、遗传稳定、抗原性低,为疾病治疗尤其是临床中常规治疗方法难以治疗的疾病带来了新希望。本文综述了脂肪间充质干细胞在再生医学领域的研究进展,并就目前研究中一些争议问题进行了探讨。There are abundant adult stem cells in adipose tissue. Since adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells can be easily harvested and rapidly expanded with stable genetic property and low antigenicity. They could bring new hope for disease therapy, especially treatment of refractory disease. This paper reviewed the new advances of adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stern cells in regenerative medicine, and discussed controversial issues in present study.
