摘　　要：目的探讨日本新·胃X线造影检查在临床的应用研究经验。方法选择日常胃肠X造影检查患者600例,按年龄段交叉分组,采取1︰1各300例的比例对比研究,试验组用日本新.胃X线造影检查,对照组用常规双对比低张X线胃肠造影检查,比较两种方法的优缺点。结果 300例日本新·胃X线造影检查中发现胃癌24例,胃其它肿瘤9例,胃溃疡48例,胃炎192例,未见异常27例;300例常规双对比低张X线胃肠造影检查中发现胃癌15例,胃其它肿瘤12例,胃溃疡42例,胃炎159例,未见异常72例。结论日本新.胃X线造影检查较常规双对比低张X线胃肠造影检查能够增加发现病变率,提高胃肠X造影检查阳性率。Objective To investigate Japanese New Gastric X-ray imaging in Chinese clinical application research experience. Methods Daily gastrointestinal X imaging of patients choose 600 cases, adopt according to age group, adopt various cross 1 ： 1 ratio of 300 cases of comparative study, experimental with Japan＇s new Gastric X-ray imaging group, compared with conventional double low tension X-ray gastrointestinal imaging, compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. Results 300 cases of Japan＇s new Gastric X-ray imaging found in 24 cases of gastric cancer, stomach other tumors 9 cases, gastric ulcer 48 cases, gastritis 192 cases, did not see the abnormal 27 cases. 300 cases of conventional double compared low tension X line gastrointestinal imaging found in 15 cases of gastric cancer, stomach other tumors 12 cases, gastric ulcer 42 cases, gastritis 159 cases, did not see the abnormal 72. Conclusion Japan＇s new Gastric X-ray imaging compared with conventional double compared low tension X-ray imaging can increase finding gastrointestinal disease, improve gastrointestinal X imaging test.
