彩色多普勒超声动态观察酒精性心肌病1例

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图在酒精性心肌病临床诊断治疗中的应用价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声心动图,动态观察1例酒精性心肌病患者治疗过程中心脏结构和心功能的变化。结果经治疗扩大的心脏明显缩小,左室室壁运动功能明显好转,左心功能好转,房颤消失。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图在酒精性心肌病的临床诊断和治疗中具有重要的价值。Objective To study the clinical application value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis and treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy.Methods Through the application of Color Doppler echocardiography, changes in cardiac structure and cardiac function of one patient with alcoholic cardiomyopathy was dynamically observed in the treatment course. Results The expanded heart was significantly reduced, the left ventricular wall motion function was significantly improved, the left ventricular function was improved and the atrial fibrillation disappeared after treatment. Conclusion Color Doppler echocardiography showed the important value in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy.
