老年股骨骨折患者疾病相关知识知晓情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨如何做好老年股骨骨折患者的健康教育工作。方法将200例患者分为老年组与非老年组,在出院当日对两组患者疾病相关知识获取途径和知晓情况进行比较。结果我院老年股骨骨折患者住院期间通过护患交流途径获得疾病相关知识率仍然较低(58.5%);老年组患者的疾病相关知识知晓率明显低于非老年组(P<0.05)。结论我院针对老年股骨骨折患者的健康教育工作还有待加强,应努力提高老年患者疾病相关知识知晓率。Objective To investigate how to deal with health education of elderly patients after fracture of femur. Methods All 200 patients were divided into two groups, compared the way of knowledge got and knowledge acquisition of the two groups of patients. Results The knowledge got from nurses was little （ 58.5% ）, the knowledge acquisition of young patients about fracture of femur was more than elderly patients （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The work of health education ahout fracture of femur for elderly patients should be strengthened, we should try to improve the knowledge acquisition of elderly patients.
